Returns Policy

We allow returns under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged due to courier handling or has a manufacturing defect from our side, you are eligible for a return or replacement.

  • Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Valid photo or video proof of the damage is required.

  • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging

Once we successfully receive and verify the returned product, we will re-ship the same item at no additional cost to you.

2. Missing Items in Transit

If any items are missing from your order due to transit issues, please contact us immediately with supporting evidence. We take full responsibility for such cases and will resolve them promptly by either shipping the missing items or offering a suitable solution.

3. Returns Without Damage (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return a product without any damage or defect:

  • The product must be 100% original, unused, and in resellable condition.

  • All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

We reserve the right to reject returns if the product is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after successful verification of the returned items.

Refund Conditions:

  • If the returned item is received in its original condition, the refund process will be smooth and initiated promptly.

  • If a customer receives multiple items and returns fewer items (e.g., received 5 and returned 4), the refund will be processed only for the returned items.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. 2% third party transaction charges are applicable if the amount was paid on the website

Processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Payment Information

If your payment shows as completed from your side but remains pending or is not received by us, customers are requested to verify the transaction status with their bank or payment provider.

Shripad Steel Home does not hold responsibility for payment gateway or banking delays. We ensure our banking systems are operational, but external banking delays must be resolved directly with your financial institution.
